Ok, major rant ahead. I have these neighbors, that their dog barks. NONSTOP. So, I emailed the cops awhile back about this, and he told me to call when the dog is barking, so I do today. Finally get up the nerve. I call, the lady says ok, we'll send someone out there. And, don't u fucking know, no one has been out there ALL DAY. So, I freakin' hang up w/ the cop lady, and the whole friggin' family walks out back w/ him! UGGGGGH! The cop said the doggie has to be barking when they get there. I'm so pissed. The kids out there picking up shit, and tells the doggie NOT to bark! DAMNIT! I hope to GAWD, that the cop still says something!
Update: about 15 mins later...They still aren't here. No barking. I'm so pissed...More later...
